Who We Are
OCP is a technology and marketing services company providing managed services, systems integration, and digital marketing solutions. We support campaigns for real estate professionals, mortgage lenders, and other businesses. Some services are delivered through or integrated with third-party providers (e.g., hosting, CRM, advertising, analytics). Clients remain responsible for their own licensing and industry compliance.
This policy applies to all OCP-managed campaigns and divisions, including but not limited to educational programs, housing-related marketing, and technology-driven initiatives (e.g., Sold to Buyer, Vision Board, Hire).
Information We Collect
- Provided by you: name, email, phone, property interest/state, preferences, event registrations, uploads, and marketing choices via forms, QR codes, and booking pages.
- Automatic: device info, IP address, browser type, pages viewed, approximate location, cookies/pixels, identifiers for performance and security.
- From partners: limited data shared by co-hosts, platforms, and integration partners consistent with this policy.
Sensitive data (e.g., government IDs or financial account numbers) is not collected on public lead forms. If required for a client campaign, we provide secure workflows with specific disclosures.
How We Use Information
- Deliver and improve websites, funnels, webinars, portals, and managed technology services.
- Send marketing emails (CAN-SPAM compliant) and SMS/MMS messages (TCPA/CTIA compliant) only with your consent.
- Personalize and measure advertising, including Meta’s Special Ad Category compliance for housing/financial services.
- Security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
- Share information with OCP and, where applicable, its clients or partners engaged in marketing services for housing, credit, or related campaigns.
Email Marketing (CAN-SPAM)
- Identify OCP as sender and include our valid physical postal address.
- Provide a clear Unsubscribe link; opt-outs honored within 10 business days.
SMS/MMS Texting (TCPA + CTIA)
- Marketing texts sent only with prior express written consent.
- Consent applies to OCP and any named client for disclosed topics.
- Inline disclosure: “I agree to receive marketing texts… Msg & data rates apply. STOP to opt out.”

- Effective Jan 27, 2025: FCC’s one-to-one consent rule enforced.
Meta Special Ad Category (Housing/Credit)
- Housing or mortgage campaigns use Meta’s SAC settings to prevent discrimination (restricted targeting, no age/gender narrowing, no ZIP-only targeting).
Fair Housing & Fair Lending
- Housing-related pages include Equal Housing Opportunity logo and statement.
- For lender client pages: Equal Housing Lender logo + NMLS/state licensing lines (provided by client).
- OCP avoids discouraging or discriminatory advertising.
Mortgage Advertising (Reg N / MAP Rule)
- Clients must substantiate rates/APR, fees, payments, eligibility, and government affiliation claims.
- OCP retains materially different ads for ≥24 months.
RESPA Section 8
- OCP does not provide or accept referral fees or kickbacks.
- Marketing services are broadly targeted, priced at fair market value, and documented.
Third-Party Providers
We use third-party service providers and technology platforms (e.g., hosting, CRM, advertising, analytics) to deliver services. These providers act as processors under contractual obligations. A current list is available upon request.
Cookies & Analytics
We use cookies/pixels for performance, personalization, and security. California residents may opt out of “sale”/“sharing” via Your California Privacy Choices. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC).
California (CPRA): Rights to know, delete, correct, opt-out of sale/sharing, and limit use of sensitive PI.
Virginia (VCDPA): Rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a copy, and opt out of targeted advertising.

Data Retention
Campaign logs and consent records retained for compliance (generally ≥24 months or as required by law).
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards aligned with industry standards.
